[Review] Origins GinZing Energy-boosting Moisturizer

Montagne Jeunesse Face Masks

Montagne Jeunesse is a brand which I know from the UK. The brand was founded in 1985 by a vegetarian. All the products are vegetarian and not tested on animals, which makes them a real winner for me.

Montagne Jeunesse

I don’t know exactly since when you can buy Montagne Jeunesse products in Germany, but I discovered their face masks at Müller in November and at Primark a few weeks ago as well. I paid 1,35€ each for the Blemish Mud and Creamy Coconut at Primark and 0,69€ for the Peel Off Mask at Müller.

Creamy Coconut, 15ml

This mask is described as “hydrating vitality boost for tired skin”. It contains coconut water and shea butter. Before applying the mask, you have to cleanse your face. After 10 to 15 minutes residence time you have to wash your face again to remove the mask.

Blemish Mud, 20ml

This is a “deep cleansing with Aloe Juice for blemish prone skin”. It contains Aloe Vera, Willow, Rosemary and Witch Hazel. You have to use it the same way as the Creamy Coconut one.

Peel Off Mask, 6ml

This mask contains Cucumber. After applying it, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before you can take it off.

Montagne Jeunesse2

After using this masks my skin feels very soft and clean, but not dry. I can’t decide which one I like the best, because they’re all great and unique. I like to alternate between them each time.

Tip: Here on their website you can test which type of mask is best for your type of skin!

Have you ever tried one of the Montagne Jeunesse masks?

Rituals Laughing Buddha

Last summer I spent a few days in Hamburg. In my hotel room there were some products by Rituals, which I really enjoyed using. So back home, I went to the Rituals shop in Dortmund (Thier Galerie) and bought some of their skin care. The products from the “Laughing Buddha Range” are by far my favourites. Today, I want to show you the shower oil and the body cream.

Fortune Oil Sweet Orange & Cedar Wood, 8,50€

This caring shower oil transforms into a soft foam when you rub it on your skin and leaves it incredibly soft. Especially in winter I prefer shower oils to gels, because they are better for dry skin. It smells AMAZING, like fresh spicy oranges. The bottle contains 200ml, but it’s pretty efficient, so that you don’t need much and it will last long.

Touch of Happiness, 6,50€

This is actually a mini size of the rich and nourishing body cream, which contains 70ml. It smells like sweet orange and cedar wood – a very warm fragrance. I mostly use this cream for my hands, because the shower oil is rich enough, so that you don’t necessarily need to use a cream. My hands become very velvety after applying it.

Rituals is a pretty young brand, which was founded in 2000. The products are not tested on animals and are all suitable for vegetarians. The prices are slightly higher, but I think everyone needs a little bit of luxury every now and then.

Do you know Rituals? Which products are your favourites?
